Hello, I offer you the professional service of a tourist guide in Zielona Gora and Lubuskie Province, Poland, icluding the ancestry tours. I've passed the state exam and I've graduated from Hotel ad Tourism Management College in Wroclaw. I am also a good source of Lubuskie Tourist Information and also on whole Poland. Australians and New Zealand citizens - see my separate website on Klemzig.
Visit Zielona Gora (spelling: Gel on Agora :)) one of the capitals of Lubuskie Province, city with rich wine making traditions, lovely churches, old town and friendly people. Learn about the city, in good hands. I have 2-3, 4-5 hours or whole day options of visiting. Did you know that Zelona Gora has been historical wine city since approx. XIV century and for over 160 years it celebrates "The Wine Feast - Wine Harvest"?
We have a lot to offer i.a. the Ethnographic (Open Air) Museum in Ochla, The Route of the Wooden Churches, old castles, palaces, memories of WW II, parks and other natural attractions. Lubuskie Province is famous for its clean lakes hidden in the forests (49 % of territory). Learn about our traditions, try our local wines and have a cruise on Odra river.
I also guide small or bigger groups during the short or longer trips to other cities in Poland (like Wroclaw, Cracow, Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Lodz and so on) as well as to Germany: Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden. I speak German and passed C1 European level at Goethe Institute, B2 at Cambrige Examination Syndicate in English. I help with genealogy research, too.
